What Is A Microdose Of Psilocybin
A microdose is 1/10th to 1/5th of the effective dose. The effective dose of Psilocybin is 2.5 grams (dry weight). The heroic dose of mushrooms is 5 grams.
We do the same division we did with LSD as with mushrooms. The effective dose is 2.5 grams and 2.5/10 is 0.25 grams (that’s a quarter of one gram), and 2.5/5 = 0.5grams (half of one gram).

Here’s how to prepare Mushroom microdosing solution in 7 easy steps. You will need the following equipment.
Buy an Electronic Milligram Scale
Acquire >40% ethanol.
Get 100ml syringes or droppers for accurate measurement.
Get a 100ml vial or dropper bottle for storage. Amber color is best as it does not let light through.

Mushrooms vary in potency due to strains and growing conditions.
Close the bottle with the cap, and shake it vigorously to completely dissolve the mushroom powder into the solution.
Using the syringe, measure out 25ml of the solution, which now contains 0.25g of Psilocybin Mushrooms.
